Sam, Parent of Siblings (Violin/Cello/Piano)

"My two boys have been with Ms. K for over 5 years now. One of them plays the violin and the other one plays piano and cello. Ms. K was their first teacher who taught them everything they know today. Proud father moment here... one of the boys is in TWHS orchestra and the other one is in CISD honor orchestra. I must say, the way Ms. K keeps them busy and interested in pushing their limits, that has a lot to do with their progress and achievements. I sat in some of their sessions, Ms. K has patience of a saint! She gives challenges to the boys and also fun work. 

The boys look forward to their classes every week and this motivation can only come from a combination of self interest and an encouraging teacher/mentor. Ms. K's class setup is very productive for her students. They have things of interest and things to talk about. She gives them homework when needed and engages us (parents) to keep us aware and plan appropriately. Ms. K also holds regular concerts and performances for the students to give them a wholesome experience of learning and performing. 

For my boys, this is just their beginning and we are blessed to have Ms. K with us on this journey."
